5 stars review if you are getting your nails done by Bella or a Chinese Malaysian lady if not to avoid this place at all cost. (Date: 6/7/24) The team appears lazy and is not meticulous in their work. the lady who work on my nails was filling them so much that she was literally filing my skin. Another 2 ladies were speaking in their own dialect right infront of another customer. Unless you request for Bella or this Chinese lady with specs (which I didn't get her name) otherwise think twice before coming.

Followed my mum to do pedicure here (she has a nail package here). We were served by nail technicians Gula-Gula and Bella (they were v friendly) and every step was meticulously done. They recommended me to try out their callous treatment (honestly mine was cracking and dry). Aft the treatment, I was shocked that my feet soles are almost smooth like a baby’s butt (not exaggerating here). Will definitely come back here!

Staff were very friendly and professional👍🏻 After cleaning my nails, they offered me hot towels which is something that not many nail parlours will offer. They have massage chairs and staff will even massage my hands and legs and apply lotion. My phone was running out of battery and one of the staff let me used her charger which I’m very thankful for her kindness. Overall, I’m very impressed by their service and skills. Definitely worth it!

I did the classic pedicure here, and I was appalled. One of my nails was loose and had to be removed, but instead of being professional about it, the Nail Technician started screaming and squealing. She just dropped everything and covered her eyes, etc. These theatrics went on for 10 minutes or so until another Nail Tech stepped in. Please grow up because you are supposed to be a pro, and that's why we even pay you to do our nails. Talk about being melodramatic. You could tell she had checked out mentally at this point because she did a pathetic subpar job on filing the callouses off my soles. All in all, it was a highly disappointing experience. I regret not just going to the other place in the basement of Jp instead.

Their nail art is horrible! It looks more like a red ball than a cherry. And they are pushy and persistent for u to buy a package. For only 4 fingers art mani i was charged $82!!! Unreasonable! I feel like scraping it off immediately right after it's done! It was a simple cherry design i showed her, a red cherry and a simple green stem, and she made the design complicated, with leaves on the stem and an oversized cherry!!!! Hated it! Will never come back
