I paidfor both my daughter and myself. They did my daughter feet perfectly but not mine. Both same price paid for. An advise for the staff if u are tired, go n rest. Dont do anyhow n make me pay for useless service. I really regret going there. My daughter pedicure start 10 min earlier by end same time. My toe nail is not even straight.

i went there a yesterday (5/9/24) to get a classic pedicure with sea salt and it’s entirely not worth the $74. Firstly, the full price of the service was not properly communicated to me when i asked the day before via phone, until i arrived at the store. Secondly, the ambience of the store is unclean and not pleasant at all. Thirdly, the services done were mediocre and they did not exfoliate the heel area properly as well. The team was also mediocre with the customer service as well. utterly disappointed and would not recommend.

Worst experience I've ever face. The staffs over there don't even know how to handle customers,they start to raise voice at customers and no patience at all. My aunt was choosing suitable colour for her nail then they can't even wait till she choose a colour, and then pricing is totally not acceptable. Way too expensive. This is second time I'm visiting this Jurong point outlet , my first time wasn't like at all.

Make a bleeding to my nail. I will do balancing your nail look like free then charge 98$ and not worth it. I still have balance money so No choice to do in there. Sure no more sign up again. Nail cutting looks like not done by professional. Keep asking to sign this and that

Removal of gel for $20 is very expensive when i already have a package. Feels very retarted to have to pay even when i have package and its not cheap. Bugis is still the best place for pedi and meni. Came here due to convenience after work. Will never ever sign package here again.

5 stars review if you are getting your nails done by Bella or a Chinese Malaysian lady if not to avoid this place at all cost. (Date: 6/7/24) The team appears lazy and is not meticulous in their work. the lady who work on my nails was filling them so much that she was literally filing my skin. Another 2 ladies were speaking in their own dialect right infront of another customer. Unless you request for Bella or this Chinese lady with specs (which I didn't get her name) otherwise think twice before coming.

I did the classic pedicure here, and I was appalled. One of my nails was loose and had to be removed, but instead of being professional about it, the Nail Technician started screaming and squealing. She just dropped everything and covered her eyes, etc. These theatrics went on for 10 minutes or so until another Nail Tech stepped in. Please grow up because you are supposed to be a pro, and that's why we even pay you to do our nails. Talk about being melodramatic. You could tell she had checked out mentally at this point because she did a pathetic subpar job on filing the callouses off my soles. All in all, it was a highly disappointing experience. I regret not just going to the other place in the basement of Jp instead.

Their nail art is horrible! It looks more like a red ball than a cherry. And they are pushy and persistent for u to buy a package. For only 4 fingers art mani i was charged $82!!! Unreasonable! I feel like scraping it off immediately right after it's done! It was a simple cherry design i showed her, a red cherry and a simple green stem, and she made the design complicated, with leaves on the stem and an oversized cherry!!!! Hated it! Will never come back

Emily is very gentle, friendly, quick, and professional. I love and completely trust her workmanship as she seems pretty particular about how the paint goes on and is extremely neat in her painting!! She is really good!

This is my 2nd visit after 2 weeks. I will always look for Ms Candy. She's friendly and very professional in her services. Love my nails....highly recommended! Pricing wise ..very affordable and I took package for 10 sessions....good thing is that I can use Atome for 6 times payment. That's a great deal!

Had a package there but still got staff very hard sell and rude. I didn’t get her name. But thankfully other staff (Emily and Crystal) were nice and friendly. They were very patient and skillful. If you want professional service, just look for them at Jurong Point outlet.

Followed my mum to do pedicure here (she has a nail package here). We were served by nail technicians Gula-Gula and Bella (they were v friendly) and every step was meticulously done. They recommended me to try out their callous treatment (honestly mine was cracking and dry). Aft the treatment, I was shocked that my feet soles are almost smooth like a baby’s butt (not exaggerating here). Will definitely come back here!

Staff were very friendly and professional👍🏻 After cleaning my nails, they offered me hot towels which is something that not many nail parlours will offer. They have massage chairs and staff will even massage my hands and legs and apply lotion. My phone was running out of battery and one of the staff let me used her charger which I’m very thankful for her kindness. Overall, I’m very impressed by their service and skills. Definitely worth it!
