The staff in cashier 1121 very annoying. This is 2nd time I made payment with her, same experience. I asked nicely, she just answer with bad tone. Very dissapointed. Will not buy any toys here ever again.

One of the more comprehensive Kiddy Palace store with wide variety of children toys and accessories. Place is large with ample space between each rows for customers and children to enjoy the shopping experience.

On the 6 November 2021 evening, I bring my kids to Jurong Point Kiddy Palace, when my daughter taken one of the toys is the large, just put on the floor to try it up to pull the large, one of the staff stop my daughter for pull the toys large, she said that later make it dirty. If the toys can't let my daughter try it how do we know wheter she like it or not. So if the toy all cannot put on the floor why not the staff clean the floor or make same where or the cleaning the floor for the customer to try it.

Great selection of baby clothes, toys, feeding utensils, etc. As per my personal experience, western brands however cost more at Kiddy palace than they normally would if you were to buy back in US / Canada (understandably).
