employees there super rude! they’ll literally will just stand there and look at you testing and choosing the toys, even will show their annoyed face if u’re not buying it. went there to get sandals, paid for the sandal and YET they assume we havent paid. employee kept following us every step we take, when they can just come & ask nicely if we have already paid or not. YET they choose to assume we havent paid and followed us everywhere. ruined our mood to get more toys for the kids! seriously this was not the first time! or maybe their just racist! they never stare and look at the chinese but they (chinese employees) kept looking & observing malay customers/kids. they think the malays cant afford ah????? so unprofessional. just go get ur toys at toyrus better, got tester somemore, kids can play around to see which toy they wanna get WITHOUT people staring and judging & without employees assuming u wnna steal 🤭

The worker was very rude to my friends and I because we were eating in the store without knowing we were allowed to do so.Even though she could have been polite about it and tell us nicely to eat outside, she said it in a rude tone. I apologise for going against the eating and drinking store policy without knowing but I still wished she could have been nicer about it.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE(RUDE WORKER).I was eating my matcha oreo mcflurry without knowing that im not allowed to eat in the store. Then this worker came up to me and my friends and SAID IN A RUDE TONE to eat outside, in my opinion, she could have been nicer as we could have been their potential customers(i wanted to buy something for my baby sis).We didn’t realise there was a sign indicating that food and drinks are not allowed. So i apologise for that, but I still think that she could have been nicer when telling us to eat outside.
