Eileen Tan was very professional in her role, the haircut was dine very efficiently within 8 mins. But the queue was more horrendous, with the queue system not giving ample time for users to react (i.e. changing from 5 pax to next in line to missing my queue number entirely, despite reaching the venue within 4 mins of getting the next in line) kcuts please fix your system.

The haircut was okay, but the staff’s attitude was off. Will not return again after seeing how they treated another customer. One of the staff (possibly Jack Fong, as mentioned in another review) even raised his voice in a really rude way. I totally agree with the other 1-star reviews — the Q system needs to be improved, and the staff attitude and service level too.

Brought my girl for haircut because I screwed up her hair fater DIY at home. Tommy was exceptionally patient to listen to my concerns and carefully adjusted my daughter's hair to correct my mistakes. Look for Tommy ! Superb service 👏

I get my hair cut done at kcuts regularly. I find their service very efficient, thorough, professional. The stylists are amiable. The online booking and queuing system is hassle free and efficient as well. They don't take 'short cuts' in their process no matter how short the haircut is. (Btw, I get a zero cut)
