Queue got skipped less then a minutes after its called, i was walking over the moment it alerted me. The distance is less then a minutes to reach the outlet from the coffeeshop opposite.

Horrible experience at your JP outlet today (Jan 2, 4.40pm) and i had the worst encounter with your staff Jack Fong! First, the Q system on the app wasn’t updated quickly enough, so I missed our turn for 2 Q numbers. I rejoined the queue and waited outside, and as soon as I saw the customer before me finish, I quickly ran off to grab my children who needed the haidcut . In less than 10 seconds, your staff skipped 2 Q number again. Calling 2 numbers in 10 sec without reaction time? There are so many complaints here about how your staff handling the Q system, clearly im not the unreasonable one to begin with.
What made things worse was how I was treated when I asked about it. One of your staff named Jack Fong, came over and rudely said, “Today is the 2nd day of the new year, and you’re being so noisy.” This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. If you want your customers to be respectful, please train your staff to treat them with respect first.
You can check the CCTV footage at the JP outlet around 4:40 PM for evidence.

Read many bad reviews for $10 express haircut across many different brands.
Usually I stick to one branch one hair stylist. But today I was at far Jurong Points, to save my time I have to take my risk to patronize this KCuts10 at JP.
Thank God! I was earlier 2nd customer in the morning. Stylist was Mr. Gary Quek. I am lucky that he was patient and listening to my requests, and did a fairly good job. No mistakes, simply well done. Did touch up at the end to make sure it is clean at all side. 👍🏻

I went twice to get my hair shaved and it coincidently got the stylist by the name of Joey. The first time i went to get my hair shaved, she did not do a good job. I asked for 0.5 to 1. I showed her the picture like i always did even with the other stylist and there were no issue. Today i went again,i showed her a CLEARER,ZOOMED in picture and told her i wanted the faded effect. However this time she went to shave up higher than the line it should and still did not have the faded effect i asked for. I would pay extra just to get other stylist from now onwards.
