The service was very good before, and they were happy to introduce things to me. Now they are very indifferent.

Recently, visited this outlet and the upon requesting for a plastic bag. I felt that the response from the auntie was abrupt and lacking in basic courtesy. Instead of handling or placing it nicely, the plastic bag was thrown in my direction. Which i felt disrespectful and unnecessary. To the supervising manager, I hope steps will be taken to address your staff and ensure that such respect and courtesy can be enhanced.

This outlet staff attitude has serious problem, extremely rude, does not have courtesy to reply in a pleasant manner. Experienced it with different staff and all have the same attitude, is it company not paying well or owe them salary? Or company work ethics has a serious issue? 🙄 …

Same as others, lady at the herbal tea counter was rude and does not know her products. Regret visiting. No ingredient list also for most drink so hard to choose for sugarfree drink. Better buy from ztp herbal tea👍

Service was prompt and efficient. Cold herbal drinks were put in ice instead of fridge so they are a bit wet to hold but all good, perhaps consider wiping them down first.
