Went the shop with my daughter and asked for a " butterfly " haircut . The barber who cut my daughter hair did not listen and just did uneven cut . For the bangs wanted a " curtain " bang . Asked the lady to do under the nose , instead , she did above . 100% do not recommend . I can now see why most of the people who visited the shop and gave it less than a 2 star review .

Terrible skill from one of the hair stylist. Clearly told her that I don’t want to see any skin on my side, she kept insist that I have to cut undercut, I told her no, I don’t want an undercut, it’s not trendy anymore. I told her just to trim my hair and do some minor adjustments on my side, no SKIN should be seen, she proceeds to take the shaver and shave my sides away. What is the point of hairstylist when she doesn’t follow simple instructions and just assume what the customer wants

first time visit cos of no choice. it was cheap and ok for a sec sch boy at 10 bucks. then bought a package of 10 times at 90 bucks, cheap but only available during designated hours. second visit outside their designated hours. the lady only allowed me to answer whther high or not high. that's it. nothing else i could say. obviously i was not satisfied with my haircut. when i made payment, she blamed me and the staff that sold the package to us that i did not visit during the designated hours. anyway, i had to pay 10 bucks for such unsatisfied annoying haircut and service. feel like being cheated.

This is my favourite hair salon for short haircut. The hair stylists are quite experienced compared to other fastcut hair salon & their price is still cheaper. They only charged me $15 which is worth it as the result is what I like. I ever tried other fast cut salon abt $12 & the result make me regret. I don't know why so many bad reviews. I have been patronising this shop for a few years & saw customers very well cut & happy when they are finished. So the reviews may not be fair & true.

Aside to the service, how is no one talking abt the baby cockroaches running everywhere in a HAIR SALON & hiding in their grass wall!!! The table is soooo dirty, dont even want to put my belongings on top. Went for root colour touch up, was said at $50 end up come payment became $80! Still can say i hear wrongly? Typical service of blaming customer. Why so? A customer before me had a bad haircut from the auntie yet scolded him cus he wasnt happy abt it.
