Gave us vouchers for usage issued from Nov 2024 valid for 6 months~ told me expired at cashier. Just ignored me. Left me and consultant stunned. Told them Nov 6 months validity ends at end Apr 25. After deliberation and their discussion. Came back with another reason citing promo price cannot be used. When there is no holiday sale nor 4 4 sale 5 5 sale .. then almost every single item is on promo sale which lasted everyday. How to use this voucher. Rubbish vouchers?? Please don't even issue in future. Worst experience so far!

Great customer service from Wilson and Kelvin. Friendly and knowledgeable ! Highly recommended to look for Wilson for professional and honest advice if you are looking for a laptop. Lastly , Siew lan added a perfect shopping experience with her bubbly personality !
