Played at Waterway Point. Got a keychain on 2nd try but the claw never open so stuck at midair and never drop. Called them and they asked me to insert another token and shake the joystick so the claw will open and can play another time. Why do I need to insert token again when it is your machine fault?!

My baby sister aged 10yrs old insert the $10 note, no coins receieved nor the note back. Informed the security about what happen. Few minutes later a guy came to check the machine and refuse to refund our money or coins. If your company is loosing money, put up a donation box instead beside the coin changer.

On really good days I can catch 2-3 toys with $10. Most of the time $10-$20 can't get me anything but I still come back all the time. 😅 It has become an addiction. They do change toys very often and whenever I am nearby I would walk there just to try my luck / test my skill 😝. I don't dare to count how much I have spent in the past few years 😬

April 2021: Fun Claw - I been to few different outlets & NEVER seen to catch anything each time. The claws seem to be "weak". Usually i prefer to go to . AT Least i can "catch" something there. Back to FUN CLAW, surprising i managed to catch, 2 toys (total spent $10) @ the machines located NTUC Payment areas at HARBOURFRONT (vivo City)

Had a great time at Fun Claw. Managed to catch a lot of items. Honestly do not understand why are there so many bad reviews about Fun Claw. Sure it's difficult to catch anything initially. But as you slowly learn the trick, it gets easier.
