Doctor says I have pneumonia and giving me MC. When I am back to office after seeing a doctor, I realized that they forgot about the MC. And I am waiting for clinic to call me for my X ray result which supposed to be out today also. it's 7pm now, nobody calls me. I supposed they forgot too.

the wait was a bit longer than i expected, very crowded clinic. the sitting arrangement was terrible, there was a row of chairs just facing the wall and imagine everytime the bell rang you'll have to keep turning your head just to look at the screen. I booked appointment and still had to wait 1hr

I had my X-ray done last Saturday and was informed that someone would contact me within 3-5 working days to schedule a review of my report with the doctor.
I’ve tried calling the provided number twice, but the calls were directed to an agent rather than the actual clinic. Each time, I was told that they would check with the clinic and get back to me, but no one has followed up so far.
Today, I had no choice but to visit the clinic in person to check on the status of my X-ray report. After registering, I was given a number and asked to wait.
I have been waiting for a long time, and my number was skipped. When I asked the receptionist for clarification, I was told to "wait" and that my number would be called. However, I've noticed that at least 10 numbers behind mine have already been called, and I am still waiting. This experience is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I have never encountered such poor service at the clinic before, especially in Singapore.

Very bad service for the receptionist, came at 8.20pm, closing at 9pm but saying they are closing, such emergency case especially fever and headache to see doctor which resulted being kicked out by the indian lady receptionist, how horrible is their service thinking to go back on time and never thought about patients sickness. Poorly not recommending anyone to come here when you have no time especially just came back from work with drained body and mental states.

been there few times. everytime get very bad experience. Today went there at 06:20 p.m.. The male doctor finished the consultaion in 2 mins??? He just asked simple question, "Do you have fever?" "No" "Okay, i will give u these medicine you can go, thank you". And when he did the auscultation, he just like use the stethoscope tapped the back and done!! and he also didnt check my body temperature, even though I have said that I felt like no fever, but isn't checking patient' body temperature is one of the consultion process??? In simple, he just gave the medicine based on the sick symptoms that I mentioned, thats all.

I never coming back to this clinic. The service here is super slow for the 1000 series numbering they only have one room allocated and there are almost 50 patients waiting for their turn. If you're considering visiting this clinic, think twice. You'll face a 30-40 minute wait just for registration, followed by an exhausting two-hour wait for your treatment.

If I can have 0 stars I would. The worst and longest time I have. Terrible experience and I have to keep asking 2hrs just to take a spirometry test and see doctor. Was requested by my company to come down to take a retest of my spirometry test and I didn’t know I have to wait so long just to see the doctor for signing of the form. I would not recommend anyone to come here.. 👎🏻

Never coming back to this clinic again. Waited for 2.5 hours and additional 45 mins for medicine. I have been to several other clinics in my lifetime and this is the longest wait that i have been in a clinic. They have a room specifically for foreign workers where the speed of consultation is so much faster than other rooms. receptionist stated the wait is 1 hour which is highly inaccurate. for the time i waited, i could have been to another clinic and done within 1 hour or max 1.5 hours.

At this B1Japanese Food Street, there is a small stairs up to Medical Centre. Door opens at 8.30am.
