Bad experience at the outlet today. Only mentioned that I wanted to get one pillow and the staff assumed that I wanted to get both. The pillow I chosen was only $49.90 but when paying, she mentioned $69.4 and I asked her I thought was $49.90 and she insisted said I wanted two. I corrected her and say I didn't say that and she insisted saying I did say. Bad service and inflexibility saying cannot exchange or reverse the transaction anymore as discount was already given. Not sure if the staff was dreaming or simply just wanna sell it off to me to get commission? will not recommend getting from the store and don't think I will ever be going back again.

Epitex's customer service is non-existent. Bought a blanket from their retail store and realized it was selling much cheaper on shopee shortly after. Contacted customer service on whatsapp but they were so inflexible and not willing to assist me to get a refund from store and buy online. Because of this incident, will not purchase from them anymore. To all of you reading this review: Get your bedding stuff from elsewhere!
