The staff just don’t listen. My queue number appeared but a patient was still in the room. Then it skipped to a new number told the staff about it. The male staff said that he would checked but nothing happened. Checked again with another staff then only my number got called immediately.
Another incident on a different day, told the female staff that i am here for an xray, after seeing the doctor without xray being done, the doctor said that i should have inform the staff which i already did upon arriving but nothing was done. The doctor just had to apologise to me.
This place is just funny. Told the staff it’s my 2nd day of menses and still ask to confirm if am pregnant.

After work, specifically went to this clinic for X-ray which shows friday is open from 6:30-8:30pm, it even shows to their glass wall too but the staff mentioned it’s already closed…very misleading timing information. Too bad need to head down another time. Ask the staff help to write down the updated timing as i don't know where to get the correct timing information.
To add on, called day before to book an appointment and the staff on phone told me no need just came down straight to clinic, the way she talk was very unprofessional and quite rude, haven’t finish asking and she put down the phone already… Then now head down for nothing..😑

Would give 5 stars for the awesome indian doctor in room 1.
However, I feel that their front desk staffs are rude as hell.
Comments on how they treat different races and nationality is true.
Feels like a roller coaster when your BP increase from meeting the front desk, and gets calmed by the most awesome indian doctor in room 1, only to exit and your BP rise again when you make payment.
Tips: ignore front desk, get queue number, see doc, payment, go home. Dont expect anyone else other than the doc to provide any service :)

this is my last time visit to this clinic. So many bad comments about this clinic. Customer Service very rude and terrible. We as patients why always get scolded. Me and my hubby went there to see doctor with just normal flu and we both got same medicine but consultation fee are different. Mine is 26.00 & my hubby consultation fee was only 16.00. and they even charge me "PRACTICE COSTS " $13.00. Next day i called them and asked about how you charged all those costs, the lady from front desk replied that based on per minutes , and i said how come like that i was consulted by doctor less than 4 min and you charged me this amount but my husband also around same 4 min you charged less. and she shouted to me and i don't know you just email to us she replied like this. How irresponsible they are. and i asked her what is the practice cost & her answered me that this is charged by this jurong point outlets facility cost and they charged everyone $13.00 for this but i said you do not charge my husband she said "i will charge him extra $13.00 now". HOw can she said like that . really bad attitude and poor service even though doctor also always black face and rude manner except indian doctors who is very kind and smile face. so never ever go again this clinic anymore . BAD BAD CLINIC IN SINGAPORE THAT I EVER WENT. So If you are feeling unwell , please do not go this clinic , it will make your disease worse.

Looking for the worst clinic receptionists in Singapore? You’ve come to the right place!
It seems like they speak to foreign workers with not even an ounce of basic human respect, that it has become a norm for them to be snappy towards locals as well.
They sarcastically asked a patient if he wants to see the doctor or not just because he was confused.
They yelled at a patient to ask him to keep the main door closed.
They kept asking if visitors have filled up the declaration form to enter the clinic for the sake of it. They don’t even listen to your answer and will keep asking even if you have said yes the previous two times.
If you don’t know how to scan the QR code for the above form then too bad, you’ll be yelled at instead of being guided. Because the whole wide world needs to know how QR scanners work, right?
And if your company sends you there without any forms or reference or whatsoever, you will just be snapped at instead of being allowed to clarify things because they don’t listen.
I wonder how the clinic management is able to ignore all these negative reviews of their staff, and for the staff to be so bitter at work every day.
I will be providing feedback to my company to not refer us to this clinic for our medical check up in the future.

Went there for health check last week, they called me to come back again because they saw problem with my chest X Ray. During consultation doctor says some index looks abnormal but he couldn’t explain properly what was not right. He also didn’t show me the x ray films. In short, he is not sure about his diagnosis at all. It made me guess the chest problem is due to their technical issue rather than my health issue. After that he asked me to re-take x ray at my own expense. The new x ray result came out normal. Would appreciate if the clinic can be honest about their mistakes instead of hiding mistakes at the expense of giving false alarm to their patients.

Brought my foreign domestic worker to see doc for her ingrown nail. Dr Bala is a friendly and pleasant doc. However the pricing of this clinic deserves 0 star.
There are plenty of other clinics around, please take my advice and do yourself a favour to visit other clinics, you don’t deserve their unethical practices.
In the first invoice printout, it say dressing - complex $35. For god sakes!! the dressing is just a gauze and plaster over the pus drainage hole after the doctor perform a simple drainage to drain the pus. And according to the clinic, this dressing is complex and proceed to charge me $35 for it.
Firstly, shouldn’t this gauze and plaster should be part of the drainage fee?
Secondly, why the invoice indicate as dressing - complex and charge me $35?
After I told the receptionist, she went to check with doctor which the doctor replied that it is simple dressing. And the receptionist told me that simple dressing cost $35 and complex dressing cost $60 and this invoice is printed wrongly. She took back the original invoice after I told her that the invoice should be reflecting the correct item description. So she reprint the revised invoice(showing dressing - simple) for me. The clinic refuse to waive off the dressing charges.
Their story keep changing. One moment, they told me the charges is based on complex dressing, after I told them to check, they told me that the item description is input wrongly.

The 2 stars are for the Doctor only.
But for arrogant, racist counter staff only condemnation, they took away 3 starts from the doctor. By right the management should have thrown them out, but the management does not care about it because they get steady income from companies that send their hapless employees for medical checks.
I personally had seen them treating domestic workers and foreign workers in an rude and arrogant manner. I took 2 of my helpers there for medical checks up over the years and they haven't changed a bit.
People of quality will never behave like this. Should find out the companies that send employees to this pathetic clinic and send them the reviews.

For the past 15 years countless clinic visited in here, he is very least amongst all doctor that delivered very lovely, caring, understanding gesture towards his patients.
However, one of the front desk fashioned matured lady were very rude and treating different nationality with different attitude, her face changing skill is powerful! probably because we are holding different type of identity card... Please treating others liked you want to be.

I had a very disappointing experience at the clinic.
The employment check-up process was extremely lengthy; I waited two hours for a simple check-up that didn't even require a blood draw. They didn't even segregate for fast process. Just queue together with those long processes.

The answering guy over the phone is extremely rude and trying to lie his way out to settle for any quick phone call asap, the information get over the phone call was unclear and just anger,
Don’t bother and expect any service when you tried to call in, the Google review and comment was definitely true until you tried it yourself.
To the guy that answer the call and talk like a ahbeng joke, Why join service line when you so unhappy? We owe you money?

Visit the clinic for booster today. Receptionist and attending nurse was friendly. Hassle free. Also gave some advice on the correct vaccine type(s) to take.
It's one of those clinics subsidized for foreign workers, so expect a big crowd in the early mornings.

Thier staffs are professional and I don't why people gave such a bad review about this place. Receptionists are helpful and considerate, didn't give bad attitude to me even though I kept asking questions. I guess the previous receptionist was fired. The medical checkup was done pretty fast, within an hour. Overall I had a pretty good experience there.

Dr. Bala is always so kind and patient. He always makes me feel at ease and explains in detail. I had to do blood test. I told the nurse Ms. Simi, I'm afraid of pain. She is very patient and taught me how to manage it. Blood test was painless! There is another Chinese nurse in the blood test room also very nice to calm me down. Reception staff are polite too. Probably they have changed new Reception staff . Stay safe!^^
