Food was delicious but unfortunately, the service was undesirable. We were seated at a corner and despite our attempts, we couldn't get the attention of the staff to take our order. It was frustrating to see that other customers who arrived later and sat in more visible areas were attended to first. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes, I decided to walk to the cashier to place our order. The staff then told me to sit down, and they would come over.
We ordered additional food after our meal was served, but it took a very long time to come. When we asked the staff about the status, he said he would check but he never returned with an update. We only found out the order hadn't even been prepared when we chose to cancel it and settle the bill. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing and fell below expectations.

Overall food taste: 3.5/5āļø Finally dropped by to dine in at this place after seeing some previous good reviews! I had the fish & chips - a menu item I was looking forward to try after coming across those few positive reviews. I liked that the fillets were rather sizeable and nicely deep fried - not too greasy/overdonešš» and fries were crisp and light as well. Salad was quite refreshing too. My order came with tomato soup (of the day) as appetiser, which tasted quite ok though a tad lukewarm.
Only gripe would be that the fillets tasted extremely healthy and bland - seemingly as if cooked without any seasoning at all. Not a problem for the super health-conscious; I personally would prefer this to it being overly salty/oily, but may not be to the liking of majority.
My plate was replaced after the waiter initially served the food though, as he somehow noted that the original fillets served were notably smaller in portion size (than pictured previously) and appeared much oilier to me as wellš¤. Kudos to the kind gesture though, much appreciated!šÆ
Would probably try the other menu items if I drop by again in futureš

Came here because needed Halal dining for this dinner. All three of us concur this is average, nothing wow in the food we had and not overly disappointing too. Service can be lacking due to place layout.

Me and my husband had our Valentine's day lunch here. The food was amazing, service was good and atmosphere was nice. What's not there to like this place? We loved it.

Have small group dinner. Food is really nice especially the pasta and choc lava cake. Calamari is fresh tender and dip is refreshing. USA Ribeye my first time trying - a bit fatty otherwise it is delicious cos pretty tender. Mushroom sauce is fragrant. Potato puree is very smooth and taste is just right for me. Oh peppermint tea is very fragrant too. Will recommend and come again.
Brio was a great lunch spot! The pesto prawn and wagyu bolognese pastas were both generous portions and really tasty. The service was friendly and top-notch. The churros were a nice way to finish. Definitely planning a return visit.

The place was rather noisy and packed during our visit; most of the patrons were young adults having their lunch breaks.
While the cuisine was mainly "European", it was also totally "halal". And at pocket-friendly prices too.
We totally savoured the food we ordered: ox-tail soup, fish and chips, clam spaghetti, roast-chicken pizza, green salad.
Seating was somewhat confining and constrained.
Staff was helpful and fully attentive to our needs.

Lunch set comes with either free soup of day or choice of drink. Chicken and salmon were nicely done seasoned well and not being too dry. Salmon Thai Basil Cream Linguine also tasted delicious with its spicy sour sauce. Salmon was also tender without overly cooked. Service from staff prompt and great.

I was thoroughly impressed and enjoyed my dining experience at Brio. My steak and my Seafood Tomato Cataplana Linguine was nothing short of extraordinary. The flat-white coffee is the beverage that is most favoured. The staff was exceedingly attentive, courteous, and diligent in ensuring that my dining experience was faultless. The service was equally exceptional. The environment was exquisitely designed, inviting, and delightful, which immediately evoked a sense of familiarity in me. Bravo to the entire Brio team for creating such a delightful culinary experience! The Manager Mr Harry and Mr Zack superb! And the Team Mr Asrul, Joanne and Aubrey members did a excellent job
! Definitely will comeback again. Just WOW!

I came for lunch time on a weekday and the customer service was immediately top-notch. Waiting for food of <15 minutes was extremely acceptable. The food was overall, simply fantastic. The sirloin steak was rich with flavour and melts in your mouth. The salmon linguine pasta was also super tasty, with a memorable taste in its sauce. The EMO Swiss burger was a true MVP in my opinion. So so flavourful and juicy. One of the better burgers you can find in any mall these days. highly recommend that. I will be back!!!

Brio ā A Gem That Keeps Calling Us Back
Every time we find ourselves in Jurong Point, there's only one place on our minds ā Brio. This isn't just a restaurant; it's our go-to comfort spot, our "must-stop" destination. With every visit, Brio reminds us why it's always worth coming back ā and we do, wholeheartedly.
The food? Always satisfying. The flavours are bold yet balanced, and the presentation is just the cherry on top. Whether it's a quick bite or a full-on feast, Brio delivers every single time. Their menu strikes the perfect chord between variety and quality ā a rare combination that makes each meal memorable.
But what truly sets Brio apart is the consistent warmth ā both in the service and the atmosphere. It's the kind of place that feels like home, but better. You walk in and you're greeted not just with a smile, but with a sense of familiarity and care thatās hard to find.
Brio is always a gem ā shining brightly in the heart of Jurong Point. If you're ever in the area, do yourself a favour: go to Brio. And if you're like us, you'll find yourself always coming back.

Lovely place with friend and helpful staff. Fantastic food. The burger was so juicy that it was dripping down onto the fries. The fries were perfectly crispy and retained its crispiness throughout the meal. The churros were quite good too. The set lunch was honestly so worth it. A definite go to place for me.
Walked past the place many times but it didn't really appeal to me, finally decided to try it because I saw a thread on Reddit recommending their fries and because Arnold's at Boon Lay shut down.
I got the beef tail dish and truffle fries for sharing. Enjoyed the flavours of my main, especially the sauce and mashed potatoes. Fries were quite as expected.
