I'm a regular, visit at least 3-5 times a week...it used to be a breeze to enjoy my juice particularly at this outlet.. I really appreciate the service before. Sadly it is beyond tolerance now.... How can 1 stuff cope with demand especially on weekends on top of orders from Grab .. it's a long wait now..30mins to get my order taken while yr crew multi task chit chatting on mobiles and serving the orders.. a long queue awaits yet the service attitude is quite hopeless with no urgency.. 😱 Sincerely hopefully your service in this outlet improves soon 🙄

The smoothie was a bit too sweet - probably because it’s made with strawberry yogurt. I got the Skinny Dip. It’s a decently healthy option. I subbed apple juice for milk, which made it less sweet. They were really kind! The payment system wasnt working so she came and took my order.

ordered protein supreme but tasted nothing like it.. even had to double check with the staff who made it whether its the correct drink. tasted so bad i threw immediately after. wasted my vibe points just like that. disappointing

There were two customer who just collected their drinks in front of me but the staff told me that next order need to wait 30min. They could be busy with online orders, so I walk around and found them serving other customer 5mins later. Very unprofessional.

Please get rid of the paper straw. I will leave 5 star review from 3 of my gmail accounts if you bring back the plastic straws.
