5% ingredients and 95% ice. That combined with a paper straw that works for 5 mins, you get a solid block of flavourless ice that you can’t drink because… well the straw is witted and unusable in 5 mins.

Had my original size boost filled to the brim which rarely happened at other outlets. Would like to give credit to the staff (Indian?) on duty. She was courteous and friendly.

The Indian female staff doesn't want to remake new juice when I ask her nicely. She being abit aggressive. And the fruit juice doesn't taste good.

Staff attitude very bad, I buy ori mango lychee is $5.50, I pay by shopee $5 voucher, balance is give $0.50,but the staff say $1.ask more abit also can't. The drink also not same like last time. Very bad

Super bad experience there. Was excited to buy favourite berry peachy from this jurong point boost outlet. However, the male staff who’s a trainer, after making the drink, pour it into the cup until it’s super full and put on the cover although it obviously was leaking out, and the cover wasn’t properly put on :) he saw that but pretended as never see, continued to pack into the plastic bag, hence the plastic bag also kena the juices. Only get a new plastic bag after request to do so. Is there logical thinking?

Seriously your Singapore $1 off promotion sucks big time! Your marketing totally a failure! I paid $5.90 for a medium-sized drink where somebody else can pay $5.50 for a original bigger sized drink for your promotion. Please don't come and tell people that you pay for the medium sized drink there's no discount which is $5.90 whereas you pay for the original size drink $6.50 there's a $1 discount which works out to be $5.50 after discount. This doesn't make sense at all. This is a s***** marketing! Do a promotion with standard not and half past 6 promotion.

worst experience of the year roaches everywhere. hilarious. however staff was friendly and kind, helpful and polite. please work on cleanliness of the shop 👍🏻👍🏻

I ordered Immunity juice after a long queue. It was extremely disappointing. It’s supposed to be watermelon, strawberry and orange juice but the drink tasted only mainly water melon inside! I also noticed they use watermelon and didn’t see any orange or strawberry used while waiting.

this malay guy service is sucks and bad , he call me as in im his friend . i hope the manager will teach the employee how to treat customer and call out customer whenever the drink is ready . this happend around 6:15 . plus 3 of them never wear any name tag / apron .
