Good service by the Chinese lady. Good shoes as well. The quality has really improved. Shop is located at the old wing; near pick up point.

Great range of shoes. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is located opposite Green dot at the main entrance of Jurong Point,near Boon Lay MRT Station. Shoes 👞 🩰 👠 👟 for men,women and children are available here. Handbags for men and women are available as well. This outlet is little bigger than other Bata stores at Woodlands and Bukit Batok,West Mall. Currently they are having promotion ,Buy one and get another pair with 20% discount !!

I like the Bata comfort sandals as I don't feel leg pain though walking for longer time... But they also keep that fixed 39 $ for ladies sandals which sometimes I feel, they could keep reasonable price and I recently bought a 60$ shoe but later realised I should have bought elsewhere better for this price... Otherwise quality is good.. service is ok .

Absolutely bad and rude staff pushing trolley of shoes from the back, didnt even say excuse me and walk pass like he wants to fight you.
