I have always taken their takeaway tub, but this time I tried a scoop at the booth and the staff was so very welcoming and patient with our order. The ice cream ofcourse is deeelicious!! I’ve tried dine-in and the cafe is pretty good with waffle combos and many other options. The staff are rather patient and helpful. They make the experience worthy of appreciation.

Overall good experience all the way from allocating tables for customers to ordering via QR code. Smooth and efficient process. As usual collection of ice creams is quiet broad and quality is good. If planned to visit during weekends or busy times, just write your name and mobile no with reception and walk around the mall until you receive call on table availability.

First time here despite it being in JP for years. Not the best ice cream waffle but it tasted great nevertheless. One thing that struck me was how similar the maple/honey syrup is to McDonald’s. They had barcodes to order via a link but it wasn’t working for us.
