We had waffles with ice cream on top. They have a variety of desserts to choose from. The waffles are soft and perfect for the ice cream! I loved it. Will try their milkshakes next time.

This place is not only famous for its afternoon treats but also for the good service. We love the Almond coated ice cream, waffles, Lemon Tea and Camomile tea. It's conveniently located near the escalators, restrooms and Jean Yip.

Located at Level 2 of Jurong Point, Andersen's ice cream has a wide range of ice cream flavours to choose from. Apart from the usual ice cream cone, you can also try their creation menu which features fondue, banana spilt, etc. Service was prompt and professional as well.

Very bad, they served frozen waffle for the sundae, it is like eating the dough and when we gave our feedback the staff simpy told it was management decision to serve the frozen sundae. So bad never expected this kind of food from Anderson. Very poor.

The Black Forest waffle was delicious. It’s crunchy with a rich texture. Choice of ice cream was chocolate rum (alcoholic) and blueberry which helped to satisfy my craving for wanting something that’s not so sweet, yet rich and has a contrast in the taste (trying to fulfil my tastebud from the 2 scoops of ice-cream :p). The freakrainbow drink is a milkshake with 3 types of ice cream that you can choose from. It looked so pretty and has an interesting taste. It takes time to prepare though and can be challenging to remove the chocolate off the glass. Mocha was great: liked that it was not sweet. Overall, enjoyed the dining experience.

I ordered the mixed fruit waffles to share. I thought the waffles could be cooked more on the inside because it was a bit wet but perfectly crunchy on the outside. Overall service was excellent by the staff! 🤗 …

We came to dine in today, Sun 13th Oct’24.
While towards the shop we taught it closed as lights off.
Approached there was family with 2 kids looking at the variety of flavours, the staff female alone at the sink playing with her hp.
I called her and ask whether the shop opened, she replied, yes. Then she just stand at the cashier counter whithout asking or ever initiative to serve us.
The family then walked away.
After we had chosen and made payment we sat, then she on the lights…time 11.50am, which shop i guess open at 11am.
She seems foreigner, not local.
Very but customer service.
Management should monitor and observe as she the only staff at the time.

Came here with an Eatigo booking which grants 30% off a portion of their menu. Else it’s pretty pricey for a waffle with 2 scoops imo.
The waffle was pretty good, passed the knock/crunch test.
Ice cream wise :
Belgian chocolate won’t go wrong.
Cookies and cream was a little too heavy on vanilla imo.
