Job Title: Retail Associate

Location: Jurong Point, Singapore

Working Days/Hours: 5 or 6 days per week, 44 hours work week

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Associate to join our team at Jurong Point. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of retail experience and a positive, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs

Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store

Replenish stock and ensure products are well displayed

Assist in inventory checks and stocktaking

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Support store operations to meet sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude, responsible, and a team player

Able to work on weekends and public holidays as rostered

Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
