🛍️ Job Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly and tech-savvy Retail Assistant (Electrical Applicants) to assist customers with their purchases, provide excellent service in-store, maintain product displays, and support daily operations. You’ll handle stock according to company procedures and help meet sales targets while keeping the department organized.

💼 Job Duties:

• Advise and assist customers in their purchase.
• Perform good customer service for call-in or walk-in customers.
• Products display and in-store merchandising
• Perform housekeeping of assigned Department
• Take responsibility for goods issued or received in accordance to company’s process and procedures.
• Support in all aspects of sales activities
• To achieve the required sales targets as given by immediate superior / Management
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

👤 Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
• Min. 1 year of retail experience (Computer/Electronics preferred)
• Willing to work on both weekends & public holidays
• Passion for Tech & Sales
• Customer-first attitude
• Good communication & confidence with customers
