Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities
1. Receptionist duty, handles walk in, calls and email, to reply email enquiries.
2. Handle Home Maintenance Service (simple handyman work) - all enquiries, admin paperwork to process, statistics compilation
3. Outreach to smaller flat types for Home Maintenance Service
4. Logistics - arranging tables and chairs for workshops and talks
5. Process all programme enquiries
6. Liaise with senior beneficiaries
7. Volunteer Management
8. Collate stats and programme monthly reports
9. Meeting minute writing
10. Upkeep premises clean and keep stock inventory.
11. Procure refreshment and stationery.
10. Provide support to the team in adhoc projects eg roadshows
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Meticulous, performance-oriented, self-motivated personality with good interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Good organizational with a sense of commitment and responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), able to use the computer or willing to learn
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- O Level or equivalent
