Project Coordinator (Commercial Interior fit-out) - Up to $3.5k + Incentive [0580]

• Salary: SGD 2,800–3,500 + Incentives
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 9 AM–6 PM / Saturday: 9 AM–1 PM
• Working days: 5.5-day work week
• Work Address: Kaki Bukit, Singapore

Job Scope

• Assist Project Manager in coordinating site works and daily operations
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate drawings and ensure works follow design intent
• Assist in submissions to landlord / MCST / authorities
• Manage material ordering and delivery
• Prepare progress reports and documentation
• Support client communication and site meetings

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related field
• 1–3 years experience in commercial fit-out projects
