Operation Staff/Personal Trainer (Hybrid) : Elias CC/E!hub

The Role

-We’re looking for a passionate, service-driven individual to join our Anytime Fitness Elias team in a dual-role capacity – overseeing day-to-day gym operations and delivering top-notch personal training for our members.

-This is a unique opportunity to grow both your fitness coaching and club management skills in a supportive, close-knit environment.

Key Responsibilities

*Gym Operations

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the club (cleanliness, safety, equipment checks)

• Handle member queries, onboarding, and basic admin

• Support community engagement and club events

• Contribute to member retention and satisfaction

• Be part of marketing content for promotional use.

*Personal Training

• Conduct fitness assessments and provide customized training plans

• Deliver both 1-on-1 and small group sessions

• Motivate, educate, and inspire members to reach their goals

• Track client progress and ensure safety during workouts

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, reliable, and self-motivated team player

• Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent)

• First Aid/CPR certified (or willing to obtain)

• Comfortable with sales and engaging with members

• Prior experience in gym ops or fitness coaching preferred

• Able to commit to shifts (including some weekends/evenings)
