Membership Consultant/Brand Ambassador

Job Description & Requirements

An Anytime Fitness membership consultant has a passion for helping others improve their lives through selling gym memberships in a fun, upbeat atmosphere. Industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are!

Responsibilities

- Meet and exceed membership sales targets

- Manage and generate sales leads and conduct club tours

- Club promotional marketing mainly via social media

- Work with the team to provide top-notch customer service

- Help make each member's experience exceptional and build long-lasting member relations

- Assist club manager in the day-to-day operations of the gym

- Be part of content for marketing materials as required by the company

Requirements

- Enjoys sales and marketing

- A people-person who connects naturally with others and genuinely care

- A self-starter who is pro-active, determined to succeed and target-drive

- A team player

- Loves health and fitness but experience in the fitness industry is not essential

- Ensures integrity and honesty in all dealings
