Machine operator for Printing Company

Job Responsibilities

• To operate production machines.

• Comply with the department procedures and work instructions.

• Comply all company policies and work rules.

• Understanding and implementing the quality System in the Production Area in

accordance with GMP’s.

• Identify the need for and recommend equipment, procedures, and training.

• Comply with workplace safety and quality requirements.

• Process Inspection for all production works

• Identify the printing problem and update it into production report

• Implement and execution Daily and Monthly Machine Maintenance

• 5S for workplace Implementation and execution

• Assured line clearance and record when Job ended

• Daily updating machine output on ERP system with accuracy and submit on time

• Ad-hoc job assign by Supervisor.

Candidates with printing industry experience in following

areas are welcome to apply:

• Offset printing technology

• Mechanical knowledge

Candidates with no experience are also welcome

• Job location : Tuas
• 5 days work shift (need to work 1 weekend, OTx 1.5 rate)
• Day shift working hr : 8am to 5.30pm; 8am to 8pm (2hrs OT)
• Night shift working hr : 10.30pm to 8am; 8pm to 8am (2hrs OT)
• 14 days annual leave
