· Able to work a rotating retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays, across three shifts:

Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour break)

Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (1-hour break)

Closing Shift: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (1-hour break)

❤️Store Crews (Full Time/ Part Time)

As a Store Crew member, you will play a key role in delivering great customer experiences and supporting daily store operations. This is a hands-on role suited for friendly, energetic individuals who enjoy retail and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and provide excellent service.

· Support the achievement of monthly sales targets.

· Ensure shelves are tidy, stocked, and products are fresh.

· Manage samples packs, report product issues, and support stock replenishment.

· Maintain store cleanliness, store maintenance and visual merchandising standards.

· Stay alert to prevent loss and report any suspicious activity.

✨Job Requirements

· Minimum ’N’ Levels / ITE or equivalent. Experience in retail is preferred but not essential.

· Excellent customer service skills and good communication with interpersonal skills

· Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., POS system / Microsoft).
