Jewellery Retail Sales (Basic + High Commission, Islandwide)

Working Days: 5-day schedule, including public holidays and weekends with 2 off days a week

Working Hours: 10:15 AM to 8:15 PM, with 2 breaks

Salary: Base salary starting from $2,000 (With retail experience), plus high uncapped commission

Location: Available islandwide

Responsibilities:

• Sell gold jewelry, diamonds, and luxury items
• Address customer inquiries and feedback
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support
• Provide product advice and recommendations
• Handle point-of-sale transactions
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards

Requirements:

• Willingness to work retail hours and on public holidays
• Min Nitec in Retail Services or related fields
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets
• Good spoken English and another language to speak to clients from a multilingual environment
• Experience in retail or jewellery industry is an added advantage.
