FULL TIME RETAIL ASSISTANT ( Jurong Point, Kallang, Bugis ) )

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers; answer inquiries, make recommendations, etc
• Assist in customer purchases and payment transactions
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Monitor stock levels of supplies and inform Supervisor, when ordering of supplies is needed
• Handling daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure cleanliness of outlets is always maintained
• capable to train new staff

Requirements:

• Candidates with food hygiene certificate is preferred
• Able to commit retail hours; incl. weekends and public holidays
• Customer service oriented
• Good communication skills
• Looking to work long term
• Friendly and positive attitude towards customers.
• Fast-learner
