Job Description & Requirements

An Anytime Fitness membership consultant has a passion for helping others improve their lives through selling gym memberships in a fun, upbeat atmosphere. Industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are!

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed membership sales targets

Manage and generate sales leads and conduct club tours

Club promotional marketing mainly via social media

Work with the team to provide top-notch customer service

Help make each member's experience exceptional and build long-lasting member relations

Assist club manager in the day-to-day operations of the gym

Requirements

Enjoys sales and marketing

A people-person who connects naturally with others and genuinely care

A self-starter who is pro-active, determined to succeed and target-drive

A team player

Loves health and fitness but experience in the fitness industry is not essential

Ensures integrity and honesty in all dealings
