Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6pm
The role is to provide administrative support to the department. Duties include billing, invoicing, data entry, and other administrative tasks such as raising purchase orders or processing vendor invoices.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Generating, preparing, and issuing invoices for services rendered by department.
2. Updating databases and maintaining records of invoices and transactions.
3. Verification & processing of vendor invoices.
4. Raising purchase orders through Tenderboard system.
5. Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) collection.
6. Update and monitor customer contracts.
7. File insurance claims and related requirements.
8. Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
9. Perform of general housekeeping within the workplace
10. Maintain a safe working environment.
11. Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
