AB03 - Retail Outlet Manager

Store Manager

Location: Island wide branch (Urgent for City Square Mall / Jurong Point / Vivo City)

Salary: Basic: $2800 + Commission based on store sales (non-fixed), after confirmation $3000

Working days and hours: 5 days per week 2 days off (44 hours per weeks, shift work)

Requirements

At least Diploma or 3 years management experience in fashion retails

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience

Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job scope:

Managing store operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising

Train, supervise, and motivate sales associates to meet performance targets

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels
