Horrible the piercing gun had got stuck on my ear and it had bleed a lot and the worker had not even offer to help stop the bleeding and she was very rude

Got my helix piercing last year in October 2021. Staff who pierced my ear was rude and unfriendly, she wasn’t open to how i commented on the markings she did on my ear. Was not informed of how I should handle the aftercare and they only have one standard stud of 3mm for every part you request to pierce with a gun piercer. No needle piercing services available. Ear was terribly in pain in a week and started bleeding, left with a huge bump and lots of pus. Got it at a cheap price at $8++, gotta pay the price for what you get. Highly DO NOT recommend if you are looking to pierce.

Customer service was actually quite bad. Bought necklace chain on 2 different occasions and served by the same Chinese lady. Her customer service was bad, and kind of impolite. I came back again to buy because is near my workplace if not i wouldn’t have return. The Chinese lady staff like having some sort of OCD, cannot touch her necklaces and even make such remarks and I heard, your hands not clean you don’t touch. When was my hands not clean? She got x-ray or UV eyes to tell? When I looking through the necklace chain, she was not happy as I would messed up her chains when I was already very careful and looking one slots after another without messing it. I asked her if she can shorten the first necklace chain I bought here from her, she said must be buy from here we will shorten for you. I told her I bought from you last week, she replied i don’t remember you but ended she shortened for me. Still, very bad attitude and poor customer service.

Staff treats everyone as though we owe her money. Rings were cheap but u have to hunt for the size that fits. Don't even provide a proper Box with felt for Ring.

PLEASE SEE THIS THANKS. Bought a ring which has a metal wire wrapped around it but unfortunately the adhesive came off and so did the wire. Asked for a replacement and the owner said that it is designed that way 🤡. Do not buy anything from here. …

I recently visited this shop, and the lady who works there was quite judgmental. She judged customers who asked to show their ornaments and made annoying comments like, “It’s costly, it’s X dollars plus.” I had to tell her that I would buy it because I had money. I will never visit such a shop again because they insult innocent customers.
