Friendly staff working here. Great deals and offer's most of the time across the year. Got a fellow customer approach for a buy 2 offer wherein I bought one and Customer another product and staff was totally cool with it. You may get lucky if you find a fellow shopper like this.

Bought the product just now. When home noticed some quality issue. Tried to call and ask can replace the product at the outlet near my place. Tired calling the outlet at Jurong Point for hours. No one answer the phone. Not sure why they give the phone number for??

On the 11/02/23 at 9.05pm, I went to Jurong Point Skechers outlet to survey about slippers, the brand claimed to be comfortable and specially made for the foot, at the outlet itself I tried on it was ok but after walking just half a day my foot has became what it was stated on the photo as u can see, it caused some skin abrasion that causing my foot to bleed non stop and the weight of the slippers was very heavy, it was like wearing a rock on my foot where ever I go to… the slippers that cost me $70 and it has brought me torture like this. Please reflect your branding and policies for customers, before telling the customers that it was comfortable which it was not at all. Also, it cannot be refund etc….

Service standards has dropped. My family and I will usually buy shoes from this outlet as the staff are friendly and patient. When I was checking with one of the sales lady regarding some discount I saw online but she screamed at her top of the voice shouting across to the her other colleague at the other end "No we did not receive any email regarding any discount". With all the rest of the customers looking at me, it was not a pleasant experience :(

Wanted to make a fast transition to buy a sandal, couldn't enter the store at 9.03pm because the store shutter was half closed. Checked the store closing timing at 9:30pm on Google but still couldn't enter. The stuff was rude to chase us out when it's clearly indicated store closes at 9:30pm. Wasn't a pleasant experience after being treated unfairly even though there were still customers walking around and trying out shoes.
