Exorbitant prices. Thinks customers are dumb carrot heads to be chopped. Crazily expensive, same item same brand same packaging others are selling 40% less, some item are double the prices selling elsewhere

I was trying my luck as I have some in-depth questions regarding DIY, and very impressed that the lady at the counter managed to explain really well on the things I have to do, and things to avoid regarding wood as well as drilling on to wood. Glad to know that staff knows well regarding what they’re selling :)
