A place for all family to get things that they wanted. Eg: stationeries, books, toys, IT gadgets etc

No more self checkout counter. 15 pax queue during lunch hours with 1 staff manning the cashier. Please bring back the self checkout counter!

Great place to dine with ICON club membership. We ordered High-tea and wood grilled pizza with chargrilled burger. Spend quality time with family. Also thanks to lounge executive to explain in detail on how to apply our club membership's benefits.

They remove the self paying machines and cannot cope with the queues. Everytime buy something need to wait half an hour!??? Seriously should just provide better service.

I was making payments at Jurong Point, the cashier service is bad, after payment just keep quiet and expect you to take the items and leave. Total failure in customer service.

The poster shows the Samsonite Tillou Backpack L at $189. After queuing for 10 minutes, I was told at the counter that the actual price was $360. The only mention of the promotion period was buried in tiny font at the bottom corner, barely visible unless you’re actively squinting for it. This is misleading and unacceptable. The promotion had already ended, yet the poster was still displayed prominently. It wasted my time and the staff’s time. Basic in-store hygiene would be to remove expired promotions promptly.

Popular book store, more than books. Now with stationeries, it stuff and even snacks! One of the bigger physical bookstore around. Impressed by clear separation of books and clean layout.
