It happened on 8th of April at 4:15pm. I was attended by cecelia, one of their staff. I ordered chicken curry puff, she misheard and thought i ordered chicken pie. So when i was charged wrongly, i said my order was wrong and she insisted that i ordered chicken pie when i knew clearly i ordered chicken curry puff. After we argued about the order, she accused me of lying and said i should admit to my mistakes. She was rude and i did not appreciate how she spoke to me. She called me a complain queen when i asked for her manager's details. Very disappointing service. If i see the same staff, i will not go to the shop.

1st time to this outlet at Jurong Point.Was served by a chinese auntie.I would not say fantastic service but overall acceptable lah.The promotion that she mention to me were abit confusing especially after seeing the receipt.I clearly recall that the staff at Bukit Gombak asked us whether we are member and also had some discount.So am not sure whether the member thingy still exist or discontinued.

Selling various types of puff: otah puff, tuna puff, curry puff, and chicken puff. My favorite puff is the delicious chicken puff. They also selling cakes: sugar roll, roselle roll, chocholate roll.

Just completed some transactions at Jurong Point. Tried to redeem the singtel national day offer but wasn't well received. Rude and impatient even though I was very polite to her. Not the first time. She was the only person in the store this morning

The cashier siti was so friendly and polite help me picking which one is yummy because this is my first time trying pollar. The chocolate éclair so delicious and will come back again some other time. Really recommended this place.
