Buying the new Genix 3 chair is certainly an upgrade from the previous chair that we bought. My mom has issues with backpain and on occasion i have neck issues too due to work stress. With the new Genix 3 chair it comes with AI functions that can really help to analyze the specific places that my mom is having pain in. It also fully reclines and is not as bulky as other chairs in the market. Our home space is quite small but the Genix 3 is still able to fit in nicely with extra space left behind too. A worthwhile purchase especially if you have elderly or family members studying or working. The salesman Andy from the Jurong point branch is also very friendly and helpful. He explained the chair in detail and gave a clear concise comparison between the previous Genix and this current Genix 3. He gave us leeway to make an informed decision. Manage to purchase my first Ogawa chair with Andy! Andy is well verse with his product knowledge, as well as comforting us with the quality of the product! He allows us to familiarise with the massage chair and made sure that we are comfortable with our purchase! This is our first but not the last chair that we will get! Looking forward to purchase with Andy and Ogawa in the near future!

Walking pass at Ogawa store at Jurong Point found that the new Ogawa Genix 3 has a very great design & latest technology with Ai tracker, it will help to shown all you pain curve, very comfortable on the modes that provided on new Genix 3. Andy asked about my health conditions, introduced various models of massage chairs, then recommended the one that suits me well. I had 2 ogawa massage chairs that had served me well, and this 3rd one I tried felt good too. With Andy's excellent service, I highly recommend it.

Very good service from Andy and very helpful in sharing and telling about the products such as massage chairs and foot and knee and massage. I bought a foot and knee massager but got to try a Thai massage with jazz music on their most expensive massage chair Ogwawa Biovis worth 18K. Definitely will come back and highly recommended. 😊😊😊
