Had an enjoyable experience at Nail Palace! It was my first time and Janet, Denice and Ellen made me feel comfortable and were careful that i didn’t experience pain while handling my nails. Really appreciate their kindness and consideration and will definitely visit again :)

The staffs at Jurong Point Nail Palace are very helpful and friendly. I’ve been here twice and each time I had very pleasant experiences. Veronica and Melissa attended to me, I highly recommend their service to people!

Super expensive and lousy quality at the same time. Went there on Sat night as the next day I got a wedding to attend. Have to remove our CNY plain gel nails and redo a simple one, the other manicure shops are all fully booked and only they are empty, which I should have mentally prepared. I thought only coz they are super expensive, unexpectedly the quality wasn’t satisfying at all.
They just apply a very thin 2 layers of gel manicure and it costs $80+ inclusive of removal of previous plain gel. I enquired before I decided to try them out, at first the lady at the counter using her calculator and count and said around $84 inclusive of GST. When I am done and go up for payment, she said the calculator got some problems just now, the correct calculation will be $87+, which I am okay with it since there is only $3 extra.
Never expect the quality to be so bad! When I walk out the store and look into my nails with the normal lighting, it’s very very thin layer and can even see my own nails surface. What make it worse is the thumb started to crack and fall off after 3 days and I not even doing any house chores nor washing any plates. Just normal office work and shower. The other fingers also cracked the next day. These photos are just within one week of getting my manicure done by them. Totally disappointed. I can pay for higher price as I knew I need to get them done very last min. But definitely not this kind of lousy quality. Even those $20 Bugis manicure can survive at least 3 weeks on my nails. This is super terrible.
When I search for their store to write this review, what surprise me was their director was jailed for letting his staff to falsely tell customer they have fungal infections and scam them to buy the what foot treatment. Ignored court order and got jailed and fine. Damn, should have read this before I went this shop. Never again!
Staff are ok and friendly talking to you while doing some sales push. And you know what, they asked us to write review on the spot to get a free hand cream. So you know how “real” the other reviews are.

Absolutely loved the nail service! The staff Denise , Veronica & Janet was professional, gentle, and paid great attention to detail. My nails look flawless and the whole experience was relaxing. Highly recommended!👍🏻 …
