I just came home opened the box and found the fries are missing. This is actually 2nd time I bought from JP branch and get missing stuffs. Trying to save cost and short change customer? Advise me how to get refund please.

There is a limited editon for spicy salmon & dory fish. The spicy powder is nice but I will give only 3-Stars as the food are very dry as usual I add on Salted Egg sauce for $1 which taste very good

It used to be nice but standard dropped. Unhygienic. My orange juice was full of black stuff. So I went to exchange. Saw the staff refill but the new cup is also filled with black stuff. I think the dispenser is not clean. 🤢 it’s a turn off when I want to eat. Hope I don’t get food poisoning… also if need to clean the place , do it first thing in the morning / before closing/ non peak hours…

Quiet, tucked in a little corner. Crew are nice and professional for the few times I patronized. I love deep fried food so food is excellent of course.

Ordered this at 1227LT, and got the food about 20mins later 1246LT, took extra long time despite not having many lunch crowd… The grilled dory was great, the fish is tender, the chilli crab sauce is just nice & not too spicy. The clam chowder is served hot, and tasted just nice as a great complement to the main dish. The milo is a bit diluted than usual, or probably because the amount of ice too many and the buffer time is long before the tray ready for pickup..
