Visited LANEIGE at Jurong point outlet on 9 November and the staff who was attending to me was Elaine. She is very friendly and was very helpful in helping me to select the suitable skincare product for my face. The lady staff is definitely unprofessional, both in terms of product and manners in treating customer. Individual is problematic, the management too for not displaying product prices. Feels like they do not want customer to know the price until they made payment. 0 star if it is even possible.

I had a bad and unpleasant experience at the Laneige store in Jurong Point after winning a “$10 Laneige voucher with no minimum spend” from the shopping mall. I visited the Laneige store on 18 August 2024, at approximately 5:30pm. While trying out a tester for the loose powder, I was startled when a staff member abruptly raised her voice, saying “That is a loose powder” in a harsh tone that made me uncomfortable and hesitant to continue exploring the products. The lack of displayed prices in the shop meant I had to ask the staff for assistance. However, the staff seemed reluctant to provide this information and became even less accommodating when I mentioned I was trying to utilise my $10 voucher. When I inquired about more affordable items, the response I received was “The cheapest item here is $38” without any further guidance on which products were available at that price. This experience has left me with a negative impression of the Laneige store. It’s disheartening that staff members would look down on customers, particularly those trying to use a promotional voucher, which is meant to attract new customers to the brand. The unfriendly and dismissive attitude of the staff is likely to drive customers away, which is counterproductive to the intent of the promotion. I strongly urge Laneige to address this issue and take immediate steps to improve their service level. The quality of customer service is just as important as the quality of the products, and I believe that with better training and a customer-focused approach, the shopping experience can be significantly enhanced. As for the voucher, I forfeited the $10 because I did not want to patronise a shop that treats customers with such disregard. I wrote to both Laneige and Jurong Point on this matter. Only Jurong Point responded, Laneige neither replied to my email nor contacted me. Hence, I decided to leave a here directly.

i'm writing this without anyone asking! rarely type google review but DAMNN I WANT TO!! I came in to the store very confused to what shade of the foundation i should get and HOLLY, really helped me out sooooo well!! she rlly deserve the compliment or even promotion haha! the way she served my needs and concerns such as finding a shade that matches both my neck and face, i'm so grateful! she explained it so well and i purchased 3 foundation and the refills. Thankyou HOLLY!! ❤️ Major shoutout to her a kind soul! Gurlie came from china and work hard in singapore! respect! jiayou! she made my day so definitely deserve a review even tho i do think reviewing on google rlly takes up my time and energy and im tired. but worth it!

Have one woman when I ask about the product she no answer after I payment to buy sleeping mask and I requested to take sample try because she dint explain about the product. She direct show me poker face and ask me to wait for her coz she busy but inside the shop don’t have customer . I think she is a manager ? If she really a manager please Laneige company fire this woman!
