Looks like inexperienced staff. Taking her own sweet time to handle every client. Consider to add on more staff who can handle crowd strategically. Thanks

Unhelpful and arrogant person at the front desk. Avoid if you can. I don't know how people in the healthcare industry can be so inconsiderate towards patients. Avoid if you can.
