Component of luck here plays a large part. Skill level not so much at play here.
Plushies I will say are of not that good quality.
If you are an inexperience player better don’t try. The claws will drop pretty much after grabbing up. You rely mostly on the bounce and hope that it bounces towards the chute. Also the chute is set way higher than the toys in most cases. Not much varieties compared to other establishment arcades.
Why I mentioned luck earlier is that you are better off playing till payout or hoping that others have played the machines before you and you can hit the payout with lesser tries.
I will say don’t bother to try unless you really want the toy and play till payout. Spend your money elsewhere.
Staff generally quite ok. Owner probably just set to maximise profit mentality. But then again players get wiser after few encounters will probably know the iclaw’s owner ethics.

Iclaw taiwan contains the easiest machines to catch from yet. With wide varieties ranging from your standard plushies to figurines and even piggy banks. what makes me keep going back to them? the lucky draws!! the lucky draws which is rotated among the different outlets/events has entice me to keep playing and playing because I just can't go home without winning their life size lama!!! Not forgetting about the world-class services u are able to get there. Staff work tirelessly, rearranging plushies to my liking and encouraging me countless times to not give up. This is truly the authentic experience u can get from Taiwan.

I used to be a huge supporter for this brand but no longer this time, it's just getting more and more rigged. Last time you cam win something within $12 now double the price already. Just ridiculous.

A lots of claw machine. I saw someone manage to get some soft toy. We just pass by the shop. The atmosphere is better in Taiwan/Japan. It jus isn't the same here.

Was there today with my spouse after dinner playing some of our favourite past time game, Claw Machines. Caught 1 at first but plush was stuck at claw and not letting go upon returning to initial position (right on top of drop box). Told the staff, a male wearing specs, was replied that we must put 1 more token in order to consider it a drop. I'm almost lost at words as this isn't the 1st time I'm playing claw. In fact I regularly visited Play United and other claw machine shops. They would open up and pass us the prize in the same incident. In addition, the IClaw staff told us that's the regulation of the shop. So we just go ahead with it. By then I have asked him that the other machine if I were to exchange for another plush if I managed to get a prize at the same machine, he answered YES. And when I did, and proceed to do an exchange with him, he say no. And he just walk off. Totally no business ethic or honesty if he's the business owner or worst if he's the staff, I hope the owner that is reading this please do something about it. I don't think I will ever visit there again. And probably a lot of other patrons too.

The claws are rigged and machine is setup with doggy mechanics. Unable to compare to the machines in taiwan or japan. Here it is simply frustrating and no fun.
