First time buying from Hokkaido Baked a cheese Tart at Jurong Point and the experience was excellent! Only want to buy 1 box but was smitten by the super friendly aunties (forgot to get their names) and in the end went home with 3 boxes! Promo was super good also buy 5 get 1 free! Thanks for the awesome customer service and will definitely buy from you two again! Purchase was made on 02 Apr 25 at 1156 hrs!

I was served by Pauline, a very kind and pleasant staff member at the Jurong Point outlet, and her service was exceptional!🤗Their cheese tarts are super delicious—my top choice for gatherings, parties, and tea break takeaways. Their "Buy 5, Get 1 Free" promotion is an amazing deal!

First time trying their creme brulee egg tarts, it's one of the best egg tarts I ever tried in Singapore! Omg I should have eat this earlier. It was actually baking and the lady is very nice to inform us that need 10 more mins. We waited and hot one so shiok. The cheese tarts is classic

Hokkaido tarts are real best ever! The balance of sweetness and saltiness and texture of their different toppings is highly recommended Staffs here in Jurong are very welcoming and friendly. I especially noticed the tidiness and cleanliness in this store Keep up the good work team!

Experienced the most scrumptious tarts today at Hokkaido baked cheese tart. Loved the service, and will definitely be back with my best friend again 😄
