Update: they offered me a free replacement and it was well taken care of by more experienced staff
I have always relied on fotohub so today’s experience was shocking. Compare what I received to what I uploaded. How is this acceptable for $1.30/piece? Unfortunately I only checked when I got home. Ezlink card in photo for comparison. It has been cut so badly that you don’t even need to compare to the original to tell that something is wrong.
The staff obviously got confused about my photo borders, but after cutting don’t tell me you never realise. There’s no way. How can you cut like that and find it acceptable to pack it up and give it to the customer?? The staff in question here is Chinese lady working on 15/01/25 around 8pm.
I ordered 6 photos in total, and the other 4 are also cut inconsistently.

Received a Whatsapp from Fotohub that regarding my film processing and scanning that I have to make additional payment as mine was half frame.
I was not inform by sales person that additional cost may incurr if it is a half frame. She did not even asked me.
I research on the website did not mention any additional fees for half-frame film processing or scanning. This lack of clarity is concerning, as your website should have accurately reflected any potential costs associated with different film formats.
To further address my concerns, I received a call from the Jurong Point team, where I questioned why I was not pre-informed about these charges and why the website did not display such information. The response I received was that customers typically inform them about half-frame processing, and that this is not a common orders they received. I was also told that I should have inquired beforehand. This explanation does not excuse the lack of clear communication on your part, especially when I trusted your sales team to provide me with the necessary information before proceeding to use your service.
As a customer, I expect full transparency regarding pricing, and I strongly believe that the sales person should have informed me about any additional charges upfront. If I had been made aware of the additional costs, I would have been able to make an informed decision regarding whether or not to proceed with your services.
Furthermore, I would like to highlight that if I do not wish to incur these additional charges, I was told that only the film processing would take place, without the base scanning. This is not an acceptable alternative, as I had specifically anticipated the scanning service to be emailed to me.
Sales staff training should be fully reviewed to ensure that provide comprehensive information regarding all services, including potential extra costs, when dealing with customers new to film printing.

Service is too slow, have to wait 19 minutes just to print one paper because they only have one staff who is working slowly even though 6 people are waiting in line, but it is also understandable because she is overloaded. The shop needs more staff. Otherwise, they could implement a system for self-service for simple things like printing paper.
Definitely not the place to come if you are in a rush.
Edit: Took the first photo a minute after I reached the shop, ~1322hrs,
The second photo was at 1337hrs at which point the staff is still busy. Which was already 15 minutes before I was even attended. Perhaps you have reviewed the wrong footage. At this point, there were about 6 people in the queue, you may check your CCTV footage
Glad to know that you have a self-printing service, however, I do not see any info or signages. Probably my shortcoming, but would be better if it could be made more obvious.
PS: I'm in no way finding fault with the staff or the service, but I just wanted to highlight that the staff may be shorthanded. Those who urgently need printing services may want to take note and plan accordingly. I understand there might be waiting involved, Im simply highlighting the time it took, 19 Minutes.
Also for additional Info for printing: Colour is $1.60 per page and B&W is $0.6 per page.

Fantastic and efficient service! Although there were only two staff present, they were very helpful and attentive to all customers. Staff took the initiative to change my photos from glossy to clear after I told him that I intend to file them away, reasoning that the photos will stick. Will definitely come here again.

Horrible service by the taller salesperson. I didn’t take down her name. I went with my 2 day infant to click a passport photograph. Reached at about 8:30 pm. Tried to keep waking up my sleeping baby. All that while that salesperson did not say much. At about 8:45 pm she informed me that they close at 9 pm, which I said I know. She also said that I would need to collect the photos the next day, which was also okay for me. However, when my baby finally woke up at 8:51 pm, and we were about to proceed to click the photograph, she then informed me that she will accept only cash payments. No nets or Paywave. No consideration at all that I have a small baby, have been waiting for such a long time, will not be able to rush to the ATM at the last moment. Had she mentioned it earlier, I could have arranged it. Moreover, I had visited the shop earlier that day in the afternoon, but could not get the photograph clicked as my baby was asleep. Such an inconsiderate person who doesn’t that this case could have been accommodated differently since I was with a 2-day old infant. Hopefully, she realises one day when she has her own baby and someone else treats her that way.
