I visited the clinic on 04-Sep, the counter staff was not served in good mood. Really disappointed with the service and cancel the appointment immediately.

Aside from good quality products, I like the friendly service which is not pushy and really accommodating my needs. One middle-aged promoter cum cashier there is very approachable and honest in recommending value-for-money products. She won’t push for the most pricey products, but will recommend something really money savings for customer, that made me feel comfortable to patronize the shop again and again.

Tan Cheau Lan and Lin Qingwen in jurong point 2 is the best. They are very kind and helpful with us. They are the best. They tell us all the good products and i am so happy with what i got today. I am from indonesia and will be coming back here to this store again when i came back to singapore.

Mdm Lin Yuzhi is a great physician! She gave me a thorough analysis and explained very well, even using some key terms in English. What really impressed me is she only suggests what I need, not push medicine or products. When I asked her which is better - Tuina or Acupuncture? She said just a single session will not help much, it has to be done over a period of time to see effect. She said 食愈比药愈好 ( healing from food is better than from medicine) She suggests I've a variety of diet than to eat too much of so-called superfood. She is a highly experienced 良心医师！(a physician with conscience)
