Asked to thin my fringe. The barber , being chinese, did not understand what I said. On top of that, he got angry when I ask him to cut a little bit shorter then what he initially cut. Impatient, unprofessional, language barrier and not adequately skilled. Definitely wont be coming again, definitely wouldnt recommend and most definitely wont be stepping out of my house the next week

Had a haircut, the hairstylist just being super rude when asking me what are the hair style I would like to do with special words that a normal person won't know and he is angry when I don't know about those words LOL. I just simply be quiet and choose one normal style, and let him finish the haircut, but he is just cutting the hair with brute force LORD HE IS JUST PULLING MY HAIR OFF FROM MY HEAD when he is using the thinning scissor. Definitely not coming again, even though I have been here for last 4 years, the service is just becoming worse and worse every year.

Not suitable for toddlers below 3, very rough handling when my baby is crying. If company stated salon is stated suitable for baby thus I expected some coaxing rather rough handling to keep my boy stand still

My kid went to this place to get a haircut, but the hairstylist Jimmy Wang was rude and impatient. My kid wanted to get his haircut in the car but he rejected the request (which he didn’t explain why and he just brushed off the request). Overall poor service and impatient staff. Do not recommend.

The kids cut cannot make it. Keep saying my daughter do not move! If she can don't move then I can cut myself! Plus they r rude too will not recommend for kids to go there cut. Worst is cut till very ugly and short. When I say there is Abit at the side not well cut that lady is very unhappy to trim Abit. This is the worst hair cut ever. And for all mummy info my daughter is 4years old.

The most negative review ever should belong to this "saloon". Basically it's not a hair saloon, it's a hair butchery! Unskilled personnel, they destroyed my hairstyle without considering anything i asked for. After speaking with the manager, they told me the person who handled me is new, so no experience in haircuts and he also does not understand English. So he just started cutting whatever he believed i asked for based on body language. And of course the reply on "What is this? Is this what I asked for?" was that now the hair is already too short and we cannot fix. And of course no refund. Avoid this otherwise you will want to shave your scalp with a five-blade razor to fix their monstrosities. ZERO STARS and the authorities should inspect this place as I am sure no diplomas or licenses are in order for each of the staff.

I'd like to give a huge shout-out to Aunty Jessy for the amazing haircut she gave my 22-month-old boy! For the first time, he didn’t scream or cry his heart out during a haircut. Although there was a bit of resistance at the start (and we had to top up for three more $1 car rides—those rides really help with distraction!), Aunty Jessy worked her magic and made it a smooth, full haircut session. She was so encouraging and patient, praising him throughout, warming him up right from the beginning with a high-five and even rewarding him with a candy 🍬 at the end. My husband and I were incredibly impressed by her kindness and skill, we truly feel she deserves this recognition. We were so lucky to have her at this outlet yesterday. Horrible experience. Horrible people. Horrible place. I was waiting with my baby son for about 15 minutes. It was supposed to be fun 1. hairdresser experience. When it was our turn, I learned cash only. We left to pick up money. After less than 5 minutes, we came back. Queue went from 2 persons to 6 persons and hairdresser told us to wait all over again. My son was heartbroken because wanted to sit in the car and got impatient. We left shortly after. Will never ever go there again. Update: This is one of the rare places where kids can actually sit in the "fun chair" while they get a cut. We tried again at off peak hours and they are actually quite nice. My son is scared of the clippers and he's refusing to sit down and still the hairdresser manages to give him a not bad cut. Changed my rating from one 🌟 to 4.

Raymond did a fantastic job with my haircut. He was patient and professional. Besides keeping the place clean, he also helped with small change for the machine payment. Good value for $12! Update Price has increased to $14. Machine accepts $10 and $2 only. Also, Raymond sometimes work at Westgate's branch. My husband and kids haircut by him also.

I usually cut my boys' hair here, but this is the first time I am experiencing hairstylist Jessy Chan. Super friendly and warm. My usually fussy boy is very quiet and sat still throughout the haircut! Will definitely come again if I see Jessy in the shop.

We were quite hesitant to bring our 20mo toddler for a haircut, as previous experiences at salons ended with lots of crying and screaming, we couldn’t even complete the cut. But yesterday’s visit was such a pleasant surprise! Yurica Pek was quick and gentle, giving our boy a beautiful haircut while he quietly sat on my lap. She gave me clear instructions on how to assist her during the process. After the cut, she gave him a sweet and praised him for his cooperation. Although he doesn’t eat sweets, he proudly held onto it for hours, I think he felt really proud of himself. He looks super handsome now! ;)

This is one of the better barber shop in Jurong Point Shopping Centre. The shop is brightly lit and clean. After each haircut the barber would clean the surrounding area including the shelf area where the scissors and cutter are placed. Even the hairs that are on the floor are vacuum sucked clean automatically. The hair cut experience is great and is done according to customer's instruction. And the hair cut fee - $12 for adult and $10 only for senior citizen. Great deal😁👍
