Might I suggest updating your opening hours to 'Whenever our staff feels like showing up'? If 10:30AM is too ambitious, perhaps 'eventually' would be more accurate. Thanks for the great inconvenience caused to customers who actually plan ahead. Hope the cake is worth the wait.

last time is stand alone store. now share with cacao cat brand. small place limited seating. the new chocolate cake in the can is half frozen and bit dry. the cacao cat cookie. taste not so sweet.

I often frequent here as a place to read/study. The coffee (and complementary biscuit(s)), and all so popular signature lava cake are lovely.
Not to mention, timely and friendly service from the staff here :).
Particularly, thanks to Noor as she is often serving during the times I visit for being accommodating, efficient and smiley/friendly.
Thus, making it a pleasure to visit! I'll be back~

Went over to your Jurong Point outlet on 21/11 after checking out your operation hours on your official website. But upon reaching at 4:35 pm saw a big signage saying āLunch Breakā and an unattended counter. After much waiting, decided to call the number on the website and suddenly out of nowhere a female staff came out from the kitchen partition to pick up the call. Looking annoyed without apologizing and saying any word, she pointed out to the signage. As she refused to communicate with me, I asked her what time can I purchase a cake. She said 5:30pm. Told her I canāt be waiting for more than 30 mins just for a cake. If not for my daughterās craving for your chocolate cake, I would have walk-off for her obnoxious attitude. After making a half hour trip to your outlet, I insisted to purchase the cake. She attended to my order with much reluctance of course. It was an appalling service experience that I wouldnāt want to revisit. To the Management of Chocolate Origin, with the big āLunch Breakā signage, it seems that itās within your standard operation procedure to have ālunch breakā anytime of the day leaving your outlets unattended albeit inconveniencing your paying customers. Perhaps the least you can do is to put up on your website the ālunch breakā hours so that we do not have to make a wasted trip and be the brunt of your staff annoyance. And please do better with your customer service training too.

Price is above average as quite small portion dessert.
Pistachio gelato was just amazing! So creamy and silky with strong nutty flavor.
The chocolate lava cake was molten inside the cake and the premium taste is delicious.
The matcha lava cake was not really up to expectation, the matcha flavor was not strong enough which I though it was just normal green coloring cake.

Desserts here are decent. Flavours not as decadent and can be pricier than other options.
Of the 4 times Iāve visited this outlet, have always encountered the same staff that barely engages with customers with a permanent unhappy face. A little communication with a smile goes a long way.
