I came to the registration side of the counter and the male staff told me to read the sign and stand behind the door. So I stood behind the door and the person Infront of me have already finish registering so I move forward and again he told me to stand behind the door and he will call my name?
The flow of this clinic doesn't make any sense.
There is no social and customer service skill. You put a sign to stand behind the door and not to block the door but once the person Infront of us has already registered, it is common sense to move forward. This male CA with no customer service skill says "stand behind the door later I will call your name"
How will he know my name?? I am here to register and the least he could do is to acknowledge our presence there by saying a simple Hello or Hi.
What is wrong with saying "just hold on for awhile rather than asking us to stand behind the door? There is a dispense side and register side so why make us wait behind the door and call our name like as if he knows my name. If you do not want patient to crowd around the counter why have a registration counter?
I work in a GP clinic for 11 years and I have never come across such behaviour. I understand clinic is busy but that doesn't mean you can just shut your patient off in such a way.
Maybe your sign should say "wait behind the door for registration and do not come to the counter until we tell you to do so"

booked an appointment for vaccine but was told to wait 2H, then asked me to reschedule my appointment afterwards. i applied work leave just to make it for this appointment.. sure i appreciate that the clinic staff apologised but what is the appointment system for? kindly manage your patient load & system better

I was told by the doctor that my previous vaccination was no longer effective and was advised to get a new dose. What they didn’t tell me was that the third dose was actually the same component as the first — just at a lower cost. I was charged the full price of the first dose without being informed of the difference. There was no transparency about pricing or insurance coverage, and I only found out after being billed.

Definitely one of the worst clinic that i encounter.
At 1st choosing this clinic for worker pre employment medical checkup due to less people wait. But apparently it's not that fast aswelll. Call them to check for results but they never pick up phone at all. Don't understand the phone number published is for fun?
Advise: Avoid as much as you can!!!!

Don’t come here for license medical checkup. The doctor didn’t fill the form carefully enough. He missed several questions on my medical history. Then when they see the radiology report, they ask me to come back and do a second consultation.
The workflow is not right. The doctor is irresponsible. The staffs are nice though.

I visited the clinic this morning and saw an elderly male doctor. He only prescribed painkillers and referred me to departments that seem unrelated to the actual root cause of my issue.
I even told the lady at the counter that I was experiencing a serious headache, and her advice was to just continue queueing for another hour. I endured intense pain for that entire hour, got nothing resolved, and still had to pay for it. Can you imagine?
I ended up visiting another clinic later that day, and only then did I receive a proper assessment and treatment.
This experience not only delayed my recovery but also caused unnecessary stress and discomfort. I hope this feedback prompts a review of the clinic’s triage and consultation process.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I genuinely hope future patients receive more timely and appropriate care.

I have visited there on 26/4 for a work pass renewal medical checks. The staff said will send me email once the report is done. Until 5/5, I called them 4 times and unable to reach them. No choice I have to go to the clinic to collect my report. When I see my report, actually it has been completed on 28/4 but they never inform me! It really waste my time on waiting reply. Next time just straight away collect report after two days.

Very slow registration. And have to stand for long hours to queue for the registration. Very ridiculous. With no number system to allow patients to take number and sit down to wait for registration. Is a waste of time, and get ‘punishment’ before registration. Treating foreign workers unfairly. I read thru their other reviews only reply but no action taken. Horrible clinic to visit.

Worst than polyclinic. Fix appt but still never follow the appt timing. To draw blood waited for 2hrs.
Clinic staff not friendly.
When a man came in for injection he was attended not even 10mins he was called in for his Jab and made the rest wait who have been waiting for hours so long..
What kind of treatment is this.. only 1 staff who draw blood????

Terribly chaotic in managing patients’ queue and terrible customer service! Totally insensitive to patients’ time! Waited more than an hour for a simple employment medical examination that only included urine test, eye test, BP. Had to prompt the staff if my queue number had been missed. Only then they alerted the staff who was suppose to do the test. Queue number was flashed indicating a specific room but a patient was in there! Really chaotic!! Took forever to pay and still did not get the report despite the doctor saying that only the clinic chop was needed. Again had to prompt the staff before they told me that the medical report would be emailed! Only when I called on the 3rd day after then the staff said she will email me!!

The chairs nearer to the door was for the queue. Therefore those that have already registered can only wait near the rooms and the numbers are called on the screen. The screen cannot be seen from the waiting area near the rooms. I've missed my number because of this. Please either move the screen nearer to the rooms or just get another screen.

This morning, on 19 April 2025, I went there for a follow-up eye check-up.
The queue number was processed very quickly, with a waiting time of just 10-15 minutes. There's been significant improvement.
Good work. I love very very much.

This is probably one of my first times doing a medical checkup so it was a surprise seeing someone as the nurse taking my blood to have so much energy and she shared a story that was pretty interesting to hear while I was there. Irene ( The nurse in question) was really approachable and taught me the importance of knowing languages. She was also very kind to me as a foreigner too which was abit rare in my opinion. If you do come here to get a check up, you will be in luck

Aunty Anne I think who drew my blood was super sweet. One of the nicest soul i have encountered. My blood was tough to come due to my small veins. She literally prayed for me. And she sent me to doctor to draw my blood. She was with me the entire time. Holding me tight and praying for me.
Doctor faced difficulties to draw my blood too cause I was having pretty low BP.
But overall it was sucha a loved experience. We need health care workers more like that.
