4Fingers Crispy Chicken elevates the Korean-style fried chicken experience at Jurong Point, specializing in addictively crispy chicken prepared without MSG or preservatives for a healthier fast food alternative. This Halal-certified restaurant has carved a niche in Singapore's competitive fried chicken market by combining Korean culinary techniques with local preferences, creating signature dishes that achieve the perfect balance of crispy exterior and juicy, tender interior.
The menu showcases expertly seasoned chicken in two distinct styles - classic soy garlic and spicy hot flavours - served with innovative sides including kimchi fries and seaweed powder-dusted accompaniments. Popular offerings include the signature hot and soy drumsticks, finger-licking wings, and limited-time collaborations like the Firecracker sauce developed with chef Bjorn Shen, featuring mala-inspired spice blends that add local flair to Korean fried chicken traditions.
Located at Level 3, Unit #03-34 in Jurong Point, 4Fingers operates daily from 11:00am to 10:00pm, positioned approximately 154 meters from Boon Lay Bus Interchange with a comfortable 3-minute walk. Customers can enjoy dine-in experiences or order delivery through foodpanda and phone orders at +65 6316 6604, with average meal prices around $10.95 including drinks and fries for a satisfying Korean fried chicken experience.
This is the 3 time I purchased and an item is missed out from my order. Ordered 6 pcs wingettes and drumettes but items were not included in my purchase. Only realised when I got home. I was carrying too many bags and in a hurry that I didn't check my order. The kitchen crew should be more attentive rather than expecting customers to check the items. Will not patronise this fast food chain any more. It's really disappointing. Wasted my $$$ for the third time! Annoying!

Taste wise ok ok but chicken winglet, fries serve cold. Believe they prepare the food much earlier when we receive its cold. Hope they can improve in furture.

Found hair in the food I ordered around 6pm—only noticed it near the end of the meal. Also experienced poor service from the cashier.

Ordered thru Grabfood. 16 piece winglets are nicely fried and seasoned with their signature spices. However, was thoroughly disappointed with the Loaded Cheese fries and 6 piece Boneless chicken combo. The amount of cheese is abysmally depressing, the fries are soggy and unsalted, the “load” is just overfried chicken batter, the boneless chicken pieces do not have much meat but are 80% batter and smaller than a finger lol. The only thing worth ordering are winglets

Very questionable serving size really. Pictures speak it all. Boneless chicken as thin as paper, cheesy loaded fries loaded w real estate.

4fingers Jurong Point just moved from 3rd floor to 2nd floor. Place is new and very spacious. I like the window seats. Food is average. Rice is dry and hard. Boneless wings is average. I think Wing Stop is better.

Waiting time more than 30 mins, they have a lot grab orders, wait long never mind, food super cold, chicken not crispy. Cheese stick super cold, then super rubbery. The taste also abit different, I ordered soy garlic but it taste quite sweet. Chicken is cold and soggy.

I waited for my food for like 45 mins. The order screen is quite confusing. The shop is crowded because of some weird event. I don’t get it why the event food must come first and not prioritise other customers???? Photographers and staff are standing so close to me, not giving me any personal space. The photographers hogging the tables too when it’s peak hour. And for what? They don’t even care, just want to take their photos. I feel so claustrophobic. Some of the food didn’t appear on the QR code but the event got the food. Is this how you treat your customers fairly???

Recently replaced Carl's Jr and moved down to the same floor as Time Zone.
Can't go wrong with the soy garlic chickens!
However there's a sign that says "drinks as strictly non-refillable" hence the one star less review.

Visited this newly reopened outlet recently and tried quite a few new items that I had never tried before!
They launched the all-new Tater Tots range in Plain/ Kimchi/ Seaweed flavours, as well as Cheesy Loaded Tots just for this outlet! So addictive that I wanted to keep on munching even though I was very full!
And I didn’t know they had maki! So delicious!
Also stoked to try their new Banana Choco Balls, such an indulgent treat!
Of course their wings and drumlets were as tasty as I remembered!

It’s a good place to eat but I wouldn’t say the best. In short it is your average fast food joint nothing special
